Who pays the referral commission and when is it disbursed?
Commissions are disbursed by First Truth Financial Services after the underlying lender or insurance company successfully completes, sanctions, and disburses the business. Payout cycles and timelines are detailed during partner onboarding.
Is there any joining fee or deposit to become a partner?
First Truth does not charge any upfront joining fee for referral partners. You can sign up, receive your referral link, and start connecting contacts without capital investment.
Do I need prior finance or banking experience to join?
No. As a Referral Partner, your primary role is introducing prospective clients. The entire technical consultation, documentation, bank negotiation, and follow-up are handled directly by the First Truth advisory team.
How are my referred leads tracked?
Every registered partner receives a unique referral code and tracking link (e.g., https://firsttruth.in/?ref=YOURCODE). When clients submit any inquiry through your link, it is automatically tagged to your partner profile in our admin portal.
Do I need an IRDAI license to refer insurance clients?
For simple lead referral where First Truth licensed specialists handle the policy advisory, partners do not require an active license. However, partners seeking to actively sell policies as associates require appropriate IRDAI POSP certification, which First Truth can guide you to obtain.
